WHAT CLIENT POPULATION DO YOU SERVE?

I am an outpatient provider and I primarily treat adolescents and adults seeking medication management for mental health disorders. Children and older adults seeking treatment are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

I'M NOT SURE MEDICATION IS RIGHT FOR ME; I DON'T WANT TO FEEL "DRUGGED UP."

I assure you that is not my goal as a prescriber. At your appointment we can discuss what treatment goals you're seeking and how we can work together in determining if medication will work for you.

DO YOU PRESCRIBE SUBOXONE?

I do not prescribe suboxone, nor do I treat patients with a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder. Please refer to my resources page for other providers in our community that may be a better fit for your needs.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Currently I do not accept any insurance. My office is an up-front, fee-for-service, self-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted in the form of cash, card, or check. If requested, I can provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Intake appointments (75 minutes) are $235 and follow-up visits (20-30 minutes) are $95. A $60 service fee is charged for any missed appointments (paid over the phone before a new visit can be rescheduled). For full details please see New Client Forms.
